A little goes a long way to get your face looking clean, soft and fresh
Although it doesn't really "foam" up, after using it my face feels really clean. Just a very little goes a long, long way. And in combination with some other products like face wipes, toner and moisturizer, the rosacea on my nose that I had for a number of years cleared up.
