Epson V500 Flatbed Scanner
I saw a lot of videos and posts on how to scan film negatives and a lot of them were based on this scanner so I found one on ebay reasonable and got it, it works just like all the people reported and I couldn't be happier especially since I paid less than $100 for it and with all the people telling how to use it was a big help because like most men I skip the instructions and start fiddling with it and get frustrated when I cant figure it out, but using the tips from other people made it real simple.

Replacement for my old scanner
The unit I bought is an exact replacement of my old unit (same make and model number) that I bought in the early 2000's. My old unit was still working but I had lost the negative adapter and I wanted to replace it.
