This was a birthday present for my sister, she loved the program and would love to experience a Heston feast, I couldn't afford that !!!!!! I had a sneak at the book and it runs through step by step how some of the items were made including recipes so she will be able to recreate the dish at home. My sister was thrilled and I am sure anyone who likes Heston would be. I also paid much less than the RRP so a bargin as well.
