A bit like a textbook, but worth reading
While the book is interesting, it reads much like a textbook, which I am not sure was the author's intent. Cain makes subjective comments about the work of researchers and their studies, which I am finding a bit irritating (let me research and read on my own, thank you). Great Book!
This is an excellent book on the subject of introverts and how they fit in as well as how they are handled by extroverts in our world. Not only does it shed light on introverts personal lives, but is beneficial in business. I believe that it should be mandatory reading for any business managers that want to get the most out of all their people and at the same time improve employee morale. Susan Cain does a great job presenting the subject through both personal experience and interviews. If I had to fault it at all I found the font a little small in the paperback version, but it is some larger in the hardcover version, which makes it more enjoyable to read.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
