Clear pond overnight
My pond was like green soup, within 24 hours of using the filter I could see the bottom of the pond! I love the fountain attachments and have chosen a lovely dome shaped cascade. My fish also seem to love it, although they were a bit wary to begin with. The filter was simple to set up and install (I already had an outdoor socket to wire it into). The four clips on the filter casing give easy access for cleaning the filter pad and media. The plastic for the fountain attachments doesn't seem the best quality but the filter unit itself is great. Large filter but needs cleaning every two days
This is a well made product but needs cleaning every two days, the pump just seems to stir up the sludge at the bottom of the pond. This may stop once all of the sludge has been cleared but I am not there yetVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value option vs. expensive pond filter setup's
This is my second filter of this type - the first ran continuously for 3 years without maintenance, & expect this latest one to do at least the same. A messy job to clean them as obviously have to be removed from the pond, but they work well. Come with a spare impellor for the pump & replaceable UV bulb, so you can maintain them for longer life...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

brilliant pump
Picked up and installed pump in pond to find ultra violet was not working, spoke to company who replied and resolved issue next day, fantastic response. The pump does what it says and is powerful enough not only to display a fountain but also to use on a spitter to help keep my pond aerated. It is lightweight and easy to use and install and clean, the u/v light is superb for helping my pond stay clear of green water. all in all a great productVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does a great job keeping the pond clear.
Having suffered with green water for the summer I decided replace the pump with this one with built-in UV. I am very pleased with the results. Well almost - the advert stated pump 19Watts, UV 11Watts - which I made a total of 30Watts. The box, however, stated 57Watts. I wrote to the seller who has promised to have that looked into. So I am still happy with the pond clarity [having just finished it's first clean-out, with surprising results - it had far more 'muck' than I imagined would be in there!]. I am also happy with the ease of cleaning with the four side clips making access to the workings a doddle. All in all, despite it costing a bit more than I'd expected, I reckon it to be a very good buy. The supplier also gets high marks firstly for sending the order very quickly and secondly for responding positively to my comments about the wattage figures. KCVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Size, Very Good output, great quality for the cost
I like the idea of a 3 in 1 UV, Filter and Fountain, but up to now been disappointed with the flimsy items that I have been supplied which have never worked too well for long.This product feels altogether another league and for about 45% more on the price tag is 200% better quality than any of the £35 to £40 units I have bought before!!! It has a good sized fountain head, massive filter box [in comparison] and after a couple of hours had cleared my water and made things look altogether healthy from being pretty dire. More than that it has continued to perform with no sign of any minor blockage in the spray pattern or flow reduction which has been my experience of those inferior 3 in 1'sVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wow!..this pump, filter, steriliser is a...
Wow!..this pump, filter, steriliser is absolutely the best!..since acquiring a few abandoned Koi I had to get a better pump than the small one I had. I was not disappointed. We're in to week 2 now and the water is as clear as the day I changed the water and put the pump in. Normally, since having my fish the water lasts about 1 week before it starts to get murky and or green. I am very pleased. Just to say though, I thought the UV wasn't working. A very good pond filter and pump.
I bought this pond filter as my Laguna is not big enough for my pond so I needed a second. My water was brownish green. Within a day it’s turned crystal clear. The filter is easy to clean and dismantles very easily. Mine actually arrived with the uv bulb fused. I have requested a replacement from the supplier.
