I have just started to use a Power Meter and am finding this book to be incredibly informative. I've done one test to plot my FTP at the time of writing and am reading up on further tests at present to measure my Fatigue Profile. It's helped me put a training programme together for a 1 day C2C ride (150 miles) although I'm sure that as I read more of the book I'll be making some additions and amendments to the plan. Highly recommend this book.
