This is a fun way to get moving when you really can't afford to go out and exercise. The graphics are fun, the music is toe tapping so that you have a beat to walk along. The system is designed to keep you occupied without getting bored. As you watch the screen it makes you feel as if you are really walking in a park. Sometimes, you actually forget that you are exercising because you are just having fun. The games are such that the whole family can play along with you.
