A world class book that can't be faulted
I came across this book whilst looking for another and the fates were smiling upon me. This is "THE BEST" book I have found, covering the diverse cuisine that makes up Indian food. It gives history and context alongside a fantastic glossary. The reason I rate it so highly? The recipes WORK !!! The writer being Indian understands his subject. There is a fantastic range of recipes to suit every palate with fantastically clear methods and instructions.
