Excellent Art Manual
This is an excellent book on what is often mostly left out or not to put in to other art books. It gets you thinking about light and colour in ways you may not have considered before and is well worth buying as is Gurney's other book Imaginative Realism.

I enjoyed reading, and I'm still reading this book. There is something for every artist here and the information, well written, is delivered in 'bite sized chunks'.
