I have used Briwax on furniture for years; most recently to revive an old piece of furniture that had been in storage (a damp lorry body) for 17 years and was looking very sorry for itself. When it came out it had areas of black mould/mildew spots and looked completely bleached out. I washed off the mould, waited for the piece to dry, gave it a light sand, and applied Medium Brown Briwax with very fine-grade wire wool. After the Briwax had dried I buffed it with a cloth.

Good product, easy to apply, lends a rich warm colour to stripped pine with a very slight sheen if buffed.
