Good condition. There are scuffs and creases to the edges and corners of the dust cover, with a 1cm tear to the bottom of the front, some light marks to the back, and also some light water damage and staining to the bottom edge of the back of the dust cover. There are some light marks to the page edges but otherwise in very good condition with pages crisp and clean.
