  • Brilliant Read

This series is a fantastic read, the stories draw you in from the beginning to end. I found the beginning took a bit to get into but after a few pages I didn't want to put the book down. Once you do get into the story and life of aurora you are compelled to find out what happens next and carry on reading to the next book and the one after that. Originally I watched the series first and then wanted to find out how the books differ and while the tv series is brilliant and slightly different in terms of some of the characters, the book definitely has more detail and pulls you in just as much. Its a very well written series and I would recommend it to those who enjoy a good mystery with some humour and a must for any Charlaine Harris fan.
