Have fun and bake
I am an avid collector of cook books and in particular baking recipes. This book has clear, easy to follow instructions, nothing too fancy. I particularly like books which give recipes on one side and a photo of the finished article on the other. This baking is for fun rather than to impress. I would like to give this book 4 1/2 stars rather than 5 because it does not give the calorific values per slice/cake. High calorific value does not stop me from making the cake but it might deter me to eat too much in one sitting.
