Top rated vacuum does perform well.
I bought this model because Consumers Report gave it the top rating for a bagless vacuum. I used it for the first time yesterday. It is easy to use because of light weight. Seems to do a good job cleaning. Emptying the dirt cup was messy because hair stuck to the conical-shaped filter inlet. I could not just open the trap door to dump the dirt. I had to take the cup/filter apart to pull off the hair. Emptying is best done outdoors. My previous vacuums had lights which are helpful. This one doesn't have a light. It does have a washable filter which should save money. Overall it is a good vacuum, especially for the price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Container is somewhat small and the filter ridge inside does not let dust fall easily.
The decanter does not empty easily. The push button releases the bottom to let the dust/debris fall, but my carpet is very thick and the dust/debris contains a lot of carpet fiber "dust bunnies", so the dust debris gets stuck and does not easily fall out of the dust container. So, every time I have to stick my hand up into the dust container and pull it out. Then, I have to wash my severely dust covered hands. For being a full-size vacuum, the dust container does not hold very much. With my former vacuum, I could pretty much clean one room before emptying the container, but with this one, I have to empty it four or five times PER room. Not a happy camper about either one of these issues. It is also my fault for not looking closer, but I do miss that this particular model does not have a headlamp.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Pretty Good
This vacuum was able to pick things up off the carpet that I had no clue was even there. Very easy to assemble and I love the retractable chord. Overall a very reliable vacuum. The only thing that I wish was a bit better is the emptying function. It's not as easy as simply just opening the bagless bottom latch and emptying into the trash. In general, it can get a little messy and layer of dust seems to settle on the entire vacuum/garbage can. Ill often have to put my hand up in the compartment and scrap out the dust/dirt clumps as It sticks to the filter. If youre not concerened with the vacuum looking spotless/prestine after the first use then this vacuum is perfect for you.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Really cleans the carpet and fluffs up the carpet
I was amazed that this was shipped from back East to Southern California in 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the same model for 9 years and it worked very well, This newer model is AWESOME. It was rated one of the top models by Consumers' Reports. When I went to use it the brush rollers made the carpet looked brand new and it pulled all kinds of gunk out of the carpet, What is especially wonderful is the retractable, 25 foot cord. I have always used Hoovers and so did my mom. For those of you ladies out there it was very easy to assemble and put the handle and tools on due to the directions and pictures in the booklet. You will not be disappointed with this product. Much better than any of the competition for the price. You will not be disappointed. Hoover wind tunnel rewind
Great sweeper, picks up much more than old one. The cord rewind is really appreciated. Only drawback is the dirt cup seems smaller than some others and its easy to overfill if your not paying attention. Then its a little difficult to clean out. It is a vacuum that is affordable. It will do what you are asking, but does not have a very long cord so you may need an extension. It picks up ok, but does not have the suction of one that will cost three times this amount. But for the price it works ok. This would be a five star product but for two design issues. 1. It is a struggle to empty the collected dust because of the narrow space inside the container. You either need to use a finger or a device and scoop out the dirt. 2. The hose is short so ability to clean non-floor height surfaces is impaired. Does everything a vacuum is supposed to do well
This Hoover vacuum was low priced and well rated by Consumer Reports, an organization I trust. It is bag-less which means no buying bags, pushes easily and all the tools are on board. The One That Cleans
The New Hoover T-Series WindTunnel Rewind Plus Bagless Upright Vacuum UH70120 is a work horse and picks up dirt other vacuums were to have picked up. It even works great with dog hair. I have 5 northern dogs with heavy coats and shed by the handfuls. awesome power, cleaning is tedious
This vacuum has amazing power and the core of the device leans back very far allowing the head to reach under allot of furniture which i worried about.
