Nice compact unit
The customer service was fantastic. I accidentally damaged the switch, but David-the-fix-it guy helped me test to determine the problem which was me not following the directions. You can not have anything else on the circuit or you risk frying the switch. David walked me through the disassembly and ordered the part I needed. The heater is well made, but here's the thing. As David put it you have 2500+ gallons of water and a 2000 watt heater. You need to keep solar and pool covers on and run the heater for three days to warm the pool. If you don't keep the covers on you'll lose more heat than the heater gains. Makes sense! I haven't seen anything better for my small (Intex 15' round x 33") pool. If you have any questions I recommend calling David. He's a good guy!

Great little heater
Live in AZ, sometimes our aboveground pool (9×18) intex 3400 gal just needs a little push. This guy has been maintaining 90 deg water in may! Outside temps 58 night 85 day, yes per description it's too small per gallon, I bought it anyways and pleased.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
