No complaints - does the job and really good price
Had the battery for nearly a month. Charged up for as long as possible on first use and seems to hold its charge well. Can last all day with wi-fi on, auto updates on and average use. Causer of boot loops, wiper of SD cards
Like what a lot of people have already said, when I tried to switch off my phone with this battery in, it got stuck in the boot loop. At which point it caused my phone to wipe a brand new SD Card, deleting 5 years worth of photos, and killing the SD card - as in the card no longer works. I took the battery out and stuck with my old one, as I can't trust this not to kill my phone. Would not recommend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great battery!
I bought a refurbished phone and the battery charge was going down very quickly, so I thought that the supplied battery may be dodgy. Well, I'm happy to say it must have been, as this battery performed MUCH better than the supposed new battery in my refurbished phone. Replaced an original LG battery that was failing to hold charge for more than 5 hours & was overheating as well. This replacement after 2 weeks does not overheat like LG battery had started doing & gives similar one day battery life of moderate phone call/email/browser that original battery gave 2 years ago when bought new (old stock). Not being in the majority of the up to date device owners, I needed something that my grandsons could teach me to use, as well as having a vast amount of apps I can use. the LG G4 was ideal for me, this is my second one as the first mysteriously crashed on me. But I liked the phone so ordered another one. When the first crashed I had to reload all the info again to the new device. My grandsons said that should I take pictures with and to safe guard download them to my PC. So I am managing really well with it, the other thing was that I should write down all the mobile and contact phone numbers on a hard copy, so that it also safe guards me against losing them. Not original, part faulty
Only works when I charge it up fully in a separate battery charger and then put it into my LG G4. Often when using it, the phone shuts down saying something along the lines of 'incompatible battery', even when I'm charging it. Works, but not as well as the old battery, have run it through a number of charge - dis-charge cycles but it does not last as long as the 2 year old one I wanted to replace. So will be looking for another one now. But at least this one is cheep.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Replacement phone battery not working well at all
