Excellent machine but you need to get to know it!
This does everything it says it will and has lots of marvelous gadgets like the fruit squeezer which made the first stage of marmalade making much quicker! Slicing the oranges for the same was also quicker but will need a bit of practice to get the lumps cut to our taste! The only difficulty so far is that it is quite a tussle to get the bowl off the base but it may be because it is so new and will ease up with time and experience. Also the instruction book numbering is not at all clear which part is what and where it goes when using it for the first two times but this will get easier with experience and there are always tutorials on the internet! Not good for large (pavlova type) meringues with the present attachments but little ones turned out okay. Biscuits are also good and quick and the weighing scale comes into its own when making all in one cakes. I love this machine because I have been able to clear out a cupboard of all the other individual kitchen machines I have acquired over the years and now have just the one. Love the box to keep all the blades in which was one of the reasons I wanted this model although it is, of necessity, rather large! Could do with a dust cover since it is out on the work surface all the time but I dont mind buying one separately. Overall it's a great machine at a great price!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
