The best invetion ever worth every penny
Im a truck driver. Overnight i fill it up halfway and put the whole can in the freezer. In the morning i fill it up to the top.when i come home around 5, I still have a good amount of ice floating in the can. Ohh and the can stays in the truck in Nevada heat. Perfect for anyone drinking alkaline water because the stainless steel used to make it, is not porus. Don't think about it. I expected more...
Appears well constructed of durable materials, BUT, it sweats (with icy beverage) right at the angled shoulder just below the threaded mouth. WTF ! We're talking a $110.00 to 150.00 device that's supposed to provide super insulation for hot or cold liquids. Whoever engineered this dropped the ball or could not solve this shortcoming. Paying for the name
You would think for the price tag of this thing it wouldn't leak the first time you use it. Everytime i go to use it, i have to get the seal wet on the lid before i close it, otherwise it will leak all over the first time you tip it back. Also, i only fill it 1/3 full of ice. This is my watee jug for work. I fill it full of water after 1/3 ice. And while it does stay cold all day, the ice will be slush or about gone by the time my workday is over. Those are my only 2 real issues with it. Significant enough, that i could as well have paid 1/3 of the price and got an RTIC 1 gallon jug that is the exact same. Cold forever, hot for a lonnng time, well made, heavy duty.
