Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock for Sony PlayStation 2 is the third installment of the popular Guitar Hero franchise. In Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, as in earlier versions, players keep up with the scrolling arsenal of notes to earn points. Guitar hero fans can defeat enough opponents in a head-to-head competition and achieve Legendary status. Guitar Hero 3 includes three levels of play: training mode, quickplay, and career mode that cater to players of all skill levels and foster skill progression. Co-op career mode, face off, pro face-off, and battle mode offer up many ways to play this popular game.
