I bought this product as it is a longtime favourite game of mine and has a lot of nostalgic memories. The seller had it for an outstandingly reasonable price, so I just couldn't refuse. With more characters than its predecessor, this boasts a lot more in the way of keeping players engrossed with different playstyles. Though it lacks the all around playstyle of more mainstream fighters such as Street Fighter (You won't see these character flinging fireballs) each characters moves link together brilliantly and allow for both fighting game newcomers and pros to get involved and enjoy a round of multiplayer (Or 12, as seems to be the case when me and my friends pick this game up.) Where this does fall down is that it does lack the graphical superiority of its later counterparts, though considering that this was the first BR game to make the leap onto the PS2, it is perfectly understandable, and even forgiveable when considering the graphics of the second installment. Overall, this is hands down my favourite of the franchise and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys the series or even if they just love fighting games or playing with friends. Definitely one that's stood the test of time.Read full review
