Awesome fast drive
This drive was purchased for another computer I have. I already have the Wd raptor 1tb which is a newer version than this. But purchased this and installed it into a caddy I had spare. It is almost as fast as the update model. My update model on Windows 10 boots pretty fast. Around 25 -27 seconds. The same install since Windows 10 release. The other PC with this drive boots in around 35 - 40 seconds. Windows 10 which was cloned from another hard drive. Windows 10 feels snappy with this drive. Not as quick as the flash drive in the Mac. But also not nearly as sluggish as a 7200rpm hard drive. I highly recommend this drive. And will recommend the newer 1tb drive if you can find it at a reasonable price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Western Digital VelociRaptor
I now have 4 of these HDDs in my PC which is used for Flight Simulators which in itself must tell you what I think of them. Compared to the older HDDs with a speed approximately half the 10,000 rpm that spin at, they are lightning fast, and what's more, at that speed, even more reliable than the older versions as well. As far as I am concerned, these are the best on the market when comparing like with like by which I mean the SDDs which have the advantage of no moving parts. A brilliant buy on Ebay or anywhere else. Lastly, the small footprint allows them to have a very substantial surrounding into which they are installed, and this can prevent damage if it is accidentally dropped on stood on.
