The Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 has a 4 pin USB Type A connector and uses two AA batteries to power it. It works great for both left- and right-handers as it features a contoured design that fits snugly in a user's palm. Once connected through the USB receiver that comes with the mouse, where its five buttons can be customised using the IntelliPoint software by Microsoft. To perform computer tasks smoothly, the mouse uses laser movement detection technology and efficiently tracks at 1000 dpi. Also, this mouse is compatible with several Microsoft Windows and Mac systems.
