This is just a list of 'highly beneficial, neutral and avoid foods for blood type A diet. It's divided into 15 categories. There are a total of 94 pages. very small book and way overpriced. You would have needed to read the Eat Right for Your Type book first, which I had done though some number of years agao. Disappointed with the book really.

Not sure if I could recommend but that's my view on it
Came quick not sure it will be a diet I can stick to as telling me to stay away from red peppers & tomatoes but I can't so we shall see
