Straight-talking book about control and power - people don't change
Machiavelli wrote this book five centuries ago when he was in exile. Although language may have changed since then, people haven't. This straight-talking book is about power - how to get it and how to keep it. There are no rose-coloured wafflings about mankind's innate goodness - just the facts about how groups of people work, behave and can be controlled. Some might call it cynical - I call it realistic. If you are in a conflict situation of whatever sort (work, or your private life), this is the book to help you win. If you are at peace, this will help you stay that way. Keep and re-read this.
