Great value printers, we have had three of these over the last few years. The toner nearly lasts forever. We have all the features, three trays for diffent sizes of paper and a duplexor unit for double sided. A real work horse.

Wasn't sure how to set drivers for windows 8. Contacted tech support. They were exceptionally helpful and patient and provided additional information that made maintaining print levels etc far easier. Very efficient printer and came well packaged - not cheap packaging either but strong padded sections to ensure no damage would be incurred during transit. This is a refurnished printer but to be honest you'd be hard-pressed to distinguish this from a new one. Excellent condition all round.
