Nice lens or special applications
In my opinion as a general photo enthusiast this lens is rather useful for special applications : real estate sales, landscape and architectural photos. Limited use for general photography. Also I find it is very tricky to use in backlit situations but pictures after post processing come out acceptable. Sharpness is marginal, construction excellent. In my particular case , this lens is attractive to play around and see what I can do with it, but will not replace my walk-around Tamron 17-50 f 2,8.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

My go-to lens
It was my go-to lens for years until I switched to Sony. Not the fastest lens or the sharpest (especially not in the very corners at 10mm) but incredibly dependable and durable.
