The Pentax SMC P 67 is intended for macro lens use up to 1:3. This Pentax camera lens is a very versatile lens that covers a range of general photography uses. Pentax close up lens for 6x7
Very lovely lens for those looking for a lens that allows you to get closer up to your subject. The lenses for the Pentax 6x7, particularly the older ones frequently don't allow for close focusing distances. There are a few though and the 135 is one of them. Its called a macro but its not a true macro in the sense that it can't do 1:1 on its own, you'll still need an extension. Still, you can get much, much closer with it for things like portraits than you can with say the 105mm. All in all I'd recommend this lens for your arsenal as it provides a nice option/solution if you'd like to get a bit closer. Good quality optics and a solid build
