This is a very good book for a beginner and someone more advanced.Easy to follow instructions with simple diagrams.very comprehensive introduction to many types of quilting and patchwork. Lots of tips and ideas to try. Plenty of colour pictures and drawings. A valuable companion to refer back to or just browse through for pleasure or ideas for new projects. (One slight negative is that the type throughout the book is quite small and some of it feint.) I have recently purchased the The Quilter's Bible and so far have fully browsed all the pages and looked in more details at some parts. I am a new quilter and bearing in mind everything I have seen on line on Youtube or tutorials, etc., the Quilter's Bible is a complete reference to everything to do with quilting from fabric, colours, thread, popular speedy cutting processes. I have only completed few weeks ago my first project and have devoured the net for quilting 'know hows'.
