I like this phone a lot. I am not a person who texts but someone who is would not be happy. My only complaint is that no matter how hard I try I can't get the ring tone I've always had due to no internet. I've tried downloading it to my home computer and transfering it over to it with no luck. This product was listed as new. But when I received it, it looked like a used one. It also had a damage on the display and had an air bubble patch. The package also did not reflect a new product. It was just wrapped in a bubble wrap with a rubber band. I am not at at all happy with this product. I have not yet used it.
