Smart purchasing choice.
For an older model camcorder I was somewhat expecting a few minor working issues from past experiences with Sony brand camcorders when hi 8 camcorders were popular years back. But to my surprise this Samsung came through with flying colors. Had no door error problems. Converted my old hi 8 tapes to dvd. And works like a charm.
