Rock solid reliability (which is good for a UPS). Very heavy unit, needs to be on a shelf not just in the rack due to the depth. So heavy they may break the pallet during shipping (poor handling by carrier we think) but unit undamaged. This is the third in use here, the other 2 have already provided years of service. Batteries are easy to change even without turning the supply off (power pole connectors), just pull out the tray, swap the batteries and slide back in, all from the front. Virtually silent in use. Standard controls and indicators as per all APC units.
