One of her strongest albums. This album has some classic songs like Eight Easy Steps,Everything,Knees Of My Bees and the title track. Personally it's probably my favourite album of hers and is vastly underrated. Under Rug Swept was a fine album but this moves it up a notch.Top stuff.
i liked the album very much the reason i bought was i thought it was about time i up dated my collection of cd and seem as i like Alanis Morrisette very much it was nice to add to my collections, its easy listening
Every song has a catchy little hook that you look forward to. Perhaps lyric wise not as acidic or with as much teenage angst as Jagged little pill, but the music is just as good and still that bit edgy. No real dislikes on the album but as Alanis is not as hot now as she was when JLP was released this title can be bought for peanuts. You have nothing to loose
Alanis rediscovers some of angst ridden lyrics but again falls short of Jagged little Pill, although after a debut like that its hardly a surprise. A good combination of background music and catchy tunes. If you are a die hard then its a must have, if you are not over familiar with Alanis listen to the early stuff first before deciding.
i bought this as im a fan of alanis and i was very pleased with this cd.its better than her other stuff.less deep .funky and quirky.more fun.i would reccomend it.exellent!
