So, I’m not much of a book reader or a writer, but due to growing up as a young kid with older siblings who loved Wham and being a George Michael fan in my teens I felt compelled to buy this book. It is amazing, you can feel and relate to the school years and all that came with the learnings of growing up. Then once they become Wham, it’s really good to read from the Andrews point of view, seeing the other side of the glitz and glamour. This really is well worth the read and I strongly recommend it to one and all.

I taught Andrew Ridgeley maths at Bushey Meads school when he was 15. My wife is into pop anyway, so she was keen to read it. She says "Give it 10/10 for everything!" It is well written, with great photos and nice little comments by Andrew. It is fascinating reading. A real insight into his close friendship with George all the way through their lives. Andrew was not in the least resentful of George's solo success. He didn't intend for the experience to last and was well satisfied with what they got out of it in those heady early days. A very worthwhile and interesting book.

I was a huge Wham fan in the 80's, ( and I love George Michael, the best performer and songwriter of all time) so this book was a must read. Andrew let us get to know George, and its really nice to read his story. And all the great photos. Thank you Andrew for writing this book 😊

I bought this book for my wife, a massive fan, she read it in two days. The first book she has read in years, the proof is in the pudding as they say.
