I bought several for all the pots and some worked better than others. Depends on where the sun hits the pots I think and type of plant. Some lasted 3 to 4 to 5 days others a bit longer, but unlikely to be sufficient for 2 weeks as per claim. (Need to really water plants first). I used water bottles with holes in top together with the globes as well for bigger plants which worked.

These are a really good size the quality is better than expected. Used them for the pots and baskets at the front of the house, no more watering can. Very pleased!

I used 2 of these in a 16 inch hanging, absolutely packed full of plants. Fully water your basket first, then fill your globes, use a pencil to make the hole, this helps the globe not to get too much compost in the spout when you insert it in the soil. Move your basket to a shady part of the garden while you are away, and return it to its usual place on return. I was away for 2 weeks, the weather had been very warm the whole fortnight and on my return my basket was in good order and still blooming. I am so pleased with the result. Excellent.

I always forget to water my plants which was ok for succulents, but not for fresh herbs. So I bought this watering system and so happy with this. One piece holds enough water for about a week (a large pot with herbs standing on a sunny side), can't tell about succulents, since they are still using the first fill. It is very easy to use and saves my plants.
