I bought this for my baby guppys It's brilliant, I put it on the bar that goes across the top of my tank so it's situated in the middle.. it's great value and the metal hooks you can move and bend so they fit over the middle bar easy, If you have a high tank with a large gap at top to the water edge u may struggle to get the depth but for my tank the net it totally submerged which is a 280litre jewels so works perfectly!! Well worth it...

Utter rubbish. Won't hook to any part of tank as metal parts too flimsy and plastic that holds it in place just falls off. Propped it up from underneath but my pleco had other ideas and fry escaped. Spend a few quid more and buy something proper

This should work well for separating fish eggs or raising fry in a tank with fish that would otherwise eat them. The net is a fine enough mesh to keep egglaying fish fry contained. My only criticism is the polystyrene frame is rather light weight and therfore easily broken, when say bending the aluminium strips to hold the net against the aquarium glass. I broke one of mine but it was easily repaired with model makers' polystyrene cement. For the cost it reprisents good value.

Needed a small fish nursery for some very small baby fish which appeared in my tropical fish tank. When it arrived, it looked cheap and flimsy but actually works really well and is just what I wanted

This product is good because it doesn't take up too much room in the tank and is great for watching baby fry grow. Good product, would recommend.
