Brilliant selection of recipes, not all of which are for cheese. The recipes in this book really do start from scratch, so many require a LOT of patience. There are some faster ones included for those times you don't want to wait. There are also recipes for other dairy alternatives. And a variety of recipes to use the cheeses in once you have finished making them. Everything from sauces to desserts. As I mentioned earlier this book may not be for you if you want immediate results (although there are a few things in here that are quicker) but if you like the idea of making something from scratch all the way through from the cheese cultures to the 3 course cheese based meal, buy this book!
