Our 2016 Yaris had dire to zero radio reception in rural mountainous area in which we live, it was fitted with a 200mm " bee sting" aerial as standard when we brought it to our local Toyota dealer which is in a town of course it worked perfectly. So we suffered on with it until I had the thought to look on ebay for a better antenna, I had already tried a 400mm aerial from another car to no avail. Found this aerial decided to go for the longest aerial available and it works very good ,I would highly recommend to anyone with a similar problem instead of crackling clear reception J Mc D

Good quality product I'm sure, but I was a little baffled with the results. I moved to a DAB+ head unit in my 2002 Corolla. I had a budget shark fin antenna fitted coupled with a budget DAB+ FM radio splitter which worked really well besides when I drove down to the coast/sea level as the hills caused signal breakup. I removed my shark fin and fitted this rather large antenna and the results were surprisingly poor! There is now a constant crackle on DAB+ so I can no longer use it. I am going back to the shark fin antenna.

Extremely pleased with item ---not being used on roof but on wing , and attached to existing mount

Broke the aerial on my Chev Spark LTE. Was dubious because the old aerial is a dipole with a thin wire running through the centre and tag connector on the bottom. This replacement aerial has an insulator that is important because it protects it from grounding to earth and thus allowing the dipole. Works great.
