It is a very comprihensive snap-shot on what to expect in the near future of financial services. It gives relevant & easy-to-relate case studies and examples. However, it does not explain the value chain in delivering these technologies very well. It somehow presents a too simplistic view of, "Do this... or else..." where readers are expecting, "Do This... and this is the way to start...". All in all, a good read to get a general feel of the landscape. Nothing else quite similar in the market anyways.
