This item replaces the original comes with a new dome head left hand threaded nut to secure the original fan to the spindle on motor and with replacement machine screws to secure motor to back of oven . i had to use the original self tapper type of screws for the oven i was putting it on but thats not a problem . it worked fine and is cheaper than the original . the company is helpful and sends it out fast

Noticeably more powerful and efficient than old motor. Oven heat distribution much improved. I recommend changing both element and fan motor. The motors loose efficiency over time and thus shorten the heating element life.
