Great product, definitely keeps your digestive system healthy & moving. Have had a terrible stomach, gastroenteritus & severe heartburn for years, this restores the status quo! My stomach rumbles again now! Hasn't done so for a long time. It dissolves nicely into my morning tea, without me even knowing it's there! I generally use 2 satchets at a time for my purposes. Cannot really do without it!

I think this is a good product, generous doses and, for those who can sustain it, good value for money. It is very easy to take. It gave me diarrhoea within 3 days, so I had to stop. However, the remaining sachets have been beneficial for my mother, who has a longstanding constipation difficulty and says that she felt digestively more settled and contented after taking it. I'm not sure why a lactose-free form can't be developed.

I really do sleep better taking these in a hot drink at bedtime. I had a bad patch of disturbed sleep recently and realised after a week that I’d been drinking the hot drink without the bimuno 🤦♀️ I gave some to my 84 year old father and he forgot why he was taking them! He was quite surprised and said he had actually been sleeping very well and he’s asked for more.
