Though I assembled mine very carefully I found two opposing legs were very slightly longer than the other two making the table a bit wobbly but by cutting off about a half cm. from the longer ones it was fine. I also decided to use "Gorilla Glue" on each joint because it foams slightly thereby filling gaps and on end grains, will be absorbed into the grain, again making it stronger, especially where a screw is located in the end. Now all I need to do is to plant some pots up to help attract birds to my otherwise bare little yard. I think that by planting bushy shrubs, birds may also want to nest as well.

poor wooden structure , joints poorly finished, three screws were of no use as no thread on them, I replaced all the screws with my own ,better job all round. When finished its a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be,and as for deluxe model ,just glad its not the bog standard one !!!

Quality of wood so poor. Screws has been provided but due to poor quality of wood when screw it wooden leg cracked. Legs are fitted but not stable. I had to use additional screw to make it stable and use thin nail as you can see in photo Will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

The picture of this bird tale looks lovely but unfortunately the wood used is soft and flimsy and the central post isn't strong enough to hold the table up with any stability ( I have had to put extra screws in). The supporting struts were not accurately cut so we had to jiggle things to get it standing evenly. Altogether a very badly engineered bird table which I don't think will survive two winters. Very disappointing.

Good price for a reason, very cheap wood and not solid like the box states feels like compressed cardboard and very flimsy if a pigeon landed on it it will fall over a break, I sent mine back and spent the extra on a solid one which only cost an extra £20
