This machine machine is a versatile and an easy to use machine. It does not use pods but uses ordinary instant coffee, and hot chocolate or malted drink powders. It incorporates a milk frothed and produce a variety of smooth and creamy hot drinks. The machine is easily disassembled for cleaning and reassembled. The instructions could be clearer in their description for disassembling and reassembly but are adequate. When making drinks I have found that it is better to put the coffee granules straight into the cup, as is recommended for chocolate and malted milk powered drinks, rather than into the mixing chamber. This may help to prevent the machine from clogging and helps to ensure a smoother frothing and dispensing of the milk. All in all a very good machine.

I had problems at the beginning but once I worked out how to use it loved it. The latte is frothy but you can remove that. Cleaning the product is easy when you know how to dismantle it and you would have to wash a pan. I hadn't worked out that only the milk fills the cup not the water. The water is there to heat the milk. You just make separate cups and you can get four cups, don't do what I did tried to make 4 cups in a jug. Only takes a few minutes to heat up and it is really hot. It would have been useful to see how much water is in without loosening the top but it's no big deal.
