If like me the Acid House years were 'your' era then this book is a gem. Wayne Anthony takes the reader through his experience of these years, beginning with his attendance at one of the first and also as it happens his first dance party (as they refer to them in the book). From then on Genesis was born and along came the M25 rave scene enjoying utopia before all out persecution by Police and eventual crushing of the dance party warehouse scene by large. This book is a great read if you, like me reminisce about these days with fond memories.

Although I only caught the tail end of the Acid House Scene reading 'Class of 88' bought back lots of wonderful memories and the positive vibe I and everyone felt at the time......being part of a community who wanted to dance all night...the closest I'll ever have got to Woodstock. An enlightening read to what was going on behind the scenes!!! Highly Recommended!! .....I'm keeping on to my copy
