GREAT DVD IF YOU LIKE GEORGE HARRISON AND SITAR MUSIC THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU. SOME VERY NICE TRACKS. AND BOX SET IS VERY GOOD WITH EXTRAS IE PICTURES APPLE LOGO STICKER.
This excellent DVD stands the test of time not only as a showcase for the music of the time but also of the complexities of organising the first ever benefit concert which provided the inspiration for events like Live Aid many years later. The 'Extras' DVD is facsinating including insightful interviews with key protaganists and interesting imformation on the state of Bob Dylan & Eric Clapton's heads at the time. Ravi Shankar's piece is infinitly more accessful than nearly 40 years ago when there was substantially less exposure to World Music. Overall a wonderful record of very good music, good spirits and great vibes all round!
