I bought this product as I am trying to lose weight and remember the channel 4 programme. There are some really nice recipes in this book. It is easy to follow and there are pictures of all the recipes which I always like in cook book.
Cook Yourself Thin gives good hints and tips of how to eat what you always have, but to lose weight whilst doing it! The book offers alternative cooking methods and substitutes, i.e. frozen yoghurt instead of ice cream, grilled bacon and poached egg instead of fried. The book also offers healthy recipies and asks you to complete a week's food diary to help you spot eating habits and patterns, helping to identify you're weaknesses and to end those cravings. Good read, simple ideas, written by normal women with ideas you can put into practice, well worth the pennies!
Love this book... really good recipes, that i actually would love to eat... actually excited to cook them now!
I absolutely love the programme and the book is just wonderful. So many ideas and choices of healthier recipies that you wouldn't think or know about.
