This has been a great purchase. Although it says it requires full fat milk to produce frothy milk, it does work with semi skimmed milk, with only slightly less froth for the same volume of full fat milk. This also makes really nice hot chocolateas it mixes the chocolate power much better than using a pan on a hob.
