This fascinating selection of photographs traces some of the many ways in which Dartmouth has changed and developed over the last century.
After a childhood in South Florida Ginny Campbell settled down with her husband and two young children in Dartmouth and moored our classic wooden yacht in the river. Her husband started a sailmaking business, and Ginny began teaching in local schools. Thirty-five years later she still enjoys the Dartmouth community. Ginny retired after many years running the Learning Support Department at Kingsbridge Community College. She enjoys photography, has gained my LRPS award from the Royal Photographic Society, is a camera club competition judge and an active member of the Dartmouth Museum and the local Dartmouth History Research Group. The series of photos forming the basis for Dartmouth Through Time began as an audio-visual presentation to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the History Research Group in 2012.
