This has got to be the most fun DVD workout I've done in a while and believe me since I had my daughter in February 2012 I HAVE DONE LOADS! I first bought the pre and postnatal workout DVD by davina when I was a few months pregnant and loved it because she's not boring and faking smiling like all the other DVDs, she keeps you entertained and doesn't hesitate to pull faces when she's feeling the pain. Because of that I knew I definetly wanted to get another one I her DVDs and I stumbled across this one which I LOVE. A little on the pricey said but it's worth it. I can't get past 20 mins without stopping for a brake! The different sections are really good and I just feel like its a great DVD. It's a good buy and you wouldn't be disappointed!
Now the DVDs have been received I can no longer put off working out! I like Davina's friendly face & chat so I can get through the workout. A bit tough at the moment for chubby old me but I like it because I can work at my own pace in my own environment.

This is a really good workout dvd with several options of areas you want to target such as abs, arms etc so you can warm up then go straight to whichever you want. The main aerobic fat burn session is hard work but its fun, hopefully I'll get a bit fitter too!

Hi I bought this dvd as I have a couple of Davina's dvds and find them easy to use and all of them have fantastic workouts on them. They include a variety of choice i.e using weights and focusing on specific areas to enhance. Really enjoying this dvd and using almost every day!!!
Love Davina as the host. She makes it fun and the routines aren't too complicated, she explains it all very well. If i am to buy anymore fitness dvds, Davina's are def 1st choice!
