I thought it would be very entitled and privileged kind of atmosphere but the recipes are surprisingly realistic and down to earth . I could do without all the story and photos of her and her business but I can just turn over the pages . The actual recipes - well the ones I’ve tried - are good

A fantastic book. Lovely recipes, my only issue is that lots of the recipes call for obscure ingredients which can be very expensive. Lots of which have to be purchased online . I have made several recipes and have not been disappointed, but a few recipes are just too expensive to justify making.

This book is great - I’ve never eaten plant based before - and these recipes make it easy and interesting and so far haven’t missed meat at all. I had to buy a few store cupboard ingredients, but once bought - recipes are cheap with not too many ingredients. I have many cookbooks which gather dust on my shelve - this one is out and being used!
