I am not a gamer so high spec graphics is not a requirement. This verision was for business use however it is also perfect for home or school use also. The footprint is small I.E. SFF, it is about double the size of a laptop. It is upgradable to a point. You can upgrade the processor to I3, I5 or even I7 if you got the cash. But only the 2nd or 3rd generation of these processors. The memory is DDR3 which now is coming down in price compared to what it was. Depending on which verision you get its a breeze to change the memory. It is also easy to change the hard drive and the optical drive. They actually used common sense when they made this machine. (SFF and the USFF) verision. In the picture you see a grip/handle which you can open to get inside. Then the front face pops off very easily. The DVD drive slips out easy by pushing it. You only need to unplug two wires and its out. The hard drive is just as easy but there are 4 screws to remove it from the caddy. There is much that can be done with this machine. One feature I had concerns about was the graphics. It is built into the processor and the machine has a VGA D-plug along with the new Display Port. (You can get the Display connector almost anywhere and with DVI or HDMI ends) it does support dual monitors or screens. Oh almost forgot it has USB 3.0 front and back. I purchased a SFF for replacing my tower I use for my work and home use configured with dual monitors. I was so impressed I got a USFF version to replace my Dell Hybrid I use for my entertainment machine. In the grand scheme, I can find no faults and I am very pleased with this machine. Well worth a try as long as you are not gaming.Read full review

I bought a couple of these for the kids this Christmas. After adding 4gb ram, and a low profile GT 1030 gfx card, they are great for many games that my kids like to play, and will run lots of newer games at low to mid graphics settings. A search on youtube shows the capabilities.

Very good machine and had no problem unlocking the BIOS. Only one complaint; there was an impact crack in the low front casing, the bottom of the front casing was also visibly pushed in and a small piece of plastic fell away after item was unpackaged. Damage not very visible when placed upright, but the distorted casing makes the opening and closing of the interior access hatch very difficult. Otherwise everything's working fine so far.

Pleased with this PC-no signs of any wear and tear on case and works well. I upgraded to an ssd drive by cloning from the original. I needed to do this to keep the original drivers for usb3 ports (seems they dont work otherwise in of downloading usb drivers from Dell wesite) There is room and provision to add an additional drive if you use 2.5" discs. A good little machine
